PLACING AN ORDER:

We are an online retailer of eco friendly and fair trade clothing & home textiles products. We carry a large selection of organic cotton products ready to ship within 24 hours in most cases. We are your 7/24/365 online store and as such you can place the order with few clicks right from your keyboard at any time of the day or night any where in the United States. To place an order, simple go to a product page and browse through the products offerings. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to cart" button to it to your shopping cart. The item will appear in the selected items on the left of the screen. This is your shopping cart. Once you have finished your shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions fro creating an account and finalizing your purchase. My Organic Textiles accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

SALES TAX:

We are based in California therefore we only collect applicable state and local tax for orders shipped to customers in the state of California.

BACKORDERS:

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us. We will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS:

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 10 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email to customerservice@myorganictextiles.com to cancel an order.

SHIPPING:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours except when it is a long weekend, an official US holiday or x-mas holiday. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days usually with UPS Ground. Products are shipped using the most cost efficient methods possible. We are committed to using organic or natural packaging and shipping envelopes as compared to cartons where possible but we will never compromise product safety.

CANADA SHIPPING:

Any orders going to Canada, please email us the item of the product, include shipping address as well. We will email you back with the correct shipping price.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rice please email us the shipping address as well as product.

RETURNS:

* 15% product restocking fee will be applied to your return item.
    * Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be credited. Only the purchase price of the item is refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. 

* We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request.  However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If a package has been released to shipping department or in transit when your request is made, cancellation of the order will not be possible. Refusal of order delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and the 15% restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Merchandise must be returned with 14 days in original packaging. For health code reasons, opened or used bedding or bath related products are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please examine the package upon receipt. For your convenience our packaging is made of same material as the fabric inside which can be seen through outer transparent packaging.  Our warranty is based on hundreds of our satisfied customers and we believe you will be one of them.  You must email us for an RA number before returning products without reason. Failure to do so will result in adding on the restocking fee.


As all of your products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects in workmanship, we will replace the defective items free of charge or refund your purchase amount plus the freight charges whatever your preference. This does not cover the return shipping unless emailed to us or talked to us over the phone. If the buyer returns without reason or what for us for an RA number. If the buyer pays for return shipping. We can not give credit for it unless stated in the email or over the phone. After we examine the product and determine that it is a defect product.
